Linux Can't install packets, while compiling.

Hello. I was compiling my OTServer, to open it with Linux(remotely), when i got this error:

E: Couldn't find package libboost1.35-dev.

It happened when i tried to install some packets, necessary to compile.
I didn't understand how to fix/install libboost on sources.list.
Can anyone help with this?
My OS is Debian.

PS.: I'm using WinSCP to transfer my files and compile, it has a terminal feature in it.

Try v2.2 instead of v2.3
