Cant log in to my server 12.86

I'm trying to log in to my server and even with a client with 127.0.0.1 ip wont let me log in my server, I have everything else set up

Uniform server database etc

I looked everywhere and tried some options I saw and it wont work

Do you have login.php file? What acc are you using? Did you apply changes to login.php?

You have some error in the login.php file. You need to look into your web server logs to see what is happening.

Look here, and post the error.log
