I cant log in and obviously it sucks...i just started here recently so i would like to know if this situation happens frequently ( server off)

i want to play in a decent ot

You should check other threads there has been some kicks lags and server falls today probably (DDOS attacks).... it doesnt happen very often just wait till gms will repair it
