can't login

hi, i can't login to my server :S when i start my server and trying to login is says i the server console:

mysql_real_query(): SELECT * FROM z_ots_comunication WHERE `type` = 'login'; - M
YSQL ERROR: Table 'tfs.z_ots_comunication' doesn't exist (1146)

i can't login to my server :S please reply!

1) MySql then
2) login then
3) open your database "tfs" then
4) click button "SQL" and
