Can't shoot runes while running!

As the title says, when you are running/hasting you can't shoot or use rune. For example, when you run and you get shot with a SD you cannot heal yourself with an ultimate healing rune. You need to stop running then heal. Anyone way I can solve this?

I have also seen you can't move stuff inside your backpack while running nor can you open your backpack.

I don't play RL tibia from ~year, but when I played it wasn't possible to run and do something else in same time.
TESTED:
You can move items in backpack when you run.
You can't heal when you run - when you press hotkey to use rune you stop.
