Cast spell with Crossair.

Is it possible to cast a spell with the same effect as a rune?
More or less UH Rune but with a spell and you click on the player you wish to heal

Nothing is impossible , it just needs client edits that happens with runes because the runes got far use option from tibia.spr and tibia.dat files and it is allowed to be used with runes you can do some src edits and another with the client and everything going to be okay
