When I type " / cast on" does not open the conversation window with who is watching me . How to solve?

YOU HAVE TO TYPE /LIVE ON AND OPEN A CHANNEL WITH YOUR NAME THATS LOCATED IN THE SAME WINDOWS AS TRADE CHANNEL
