changing ip

my server have a huge problem, evryday on the morning our ip changes...
how come?
really need to fix this..

i did fix in cmd every moron i did do ipconfig/relese like 1 week also did i change the no-ip uppdate in No-IP - Dynamic DNS, Static DNS for Your Dynamic IP and then i dient need (well i do it every month !)

or change in the internet box in comp...
