well the wood planks and photo boarder aren't needed it make it look nice. if you want to make it small just keep the main part of the picture the whole picture. but it looks really cool the only complaint i have is that summer isn't really show to well there isn't to any green in it

Thanks for your critique on the frames though. I've experimented using frames and backgrounds in this signature so it probably looks a bit awkward ..
