Characters on 7.6 ot

i have a 7.6 ot, but without acc maker or page..

thats mi question: Can I erase the quest of a char to make it clean? or i need take another char for make the "base chars"

mm i downloaded one server, but server have not "initial" character without quests and some, understand my now?? XDD
