Client 12 for OTX Server 4

Hello.
Im looking for easy tutorial how to make Client Tibia 12 for my OTX Server 4.
I did look at google etc but didnt find anything in english/polish language what help me.
I tried some tutorials, I also downloaded that with example tibia 127.0.0.1 opentibiabr/myaac-tibia12-login (https://github.com/opentibiabr/myaac-tibia12-login/releases/tag/1.3)
but when I try to log in I have ingame information : Error downloading http:127.0.0.1/login.php - Server Repiled - Not found.


Can somebody help me?
I wanna have client for myself local login and client for later for my friend (normal connecting)

I did forgot put pluugins and login.php to website folder. Now I can log in to my characters windows but when I selected character I have this window:

My config:

clientVersionMin = 1100
clientVersionMax = 1200
clientVersionStr = "Only support outdated 10.00 and version 12.00"
