I got the same error try refreshing, that worked for me.
But you can try downloading it trough proxy Online Proxy - Anonymizer.
I have really bad internet connection, i would be uploading it forever.

Doesn't work i also add a "While wget" too for more than 15 min, and it doesnt work ^_^.

afaik you have to access the client from the Tibia website. I don't think they like when people download their client off their site from another site
