Client for Nostalrius 7.7

I'm looking for an OTClient compatible with Nostalrius 7.7 distro by Ezzz. I found a few but they glitch with the default Tibia.dat and Tibia.spr from the 7.72 version. I managed to use the default tibia 7.72 and it works flawlessly so I imagine the issue here is OTClient. What client could I use? I'd like the basic:

WASD and customizable hotkeys. All the rest can be retro-like and I'll add features as I learn.

I'm using otcv8 without issues on nostalrius.
Haven't really played more than 10h on that server tho, just log on for the nostalgia haha.
