I have a question. How to add new item or button to Client 8.54? I tried the program TibiaEditor. But in this program you need to add the file .Idf or .idlf and I do not know what it is ... Can someone help me?

It is easier if you just use Remeres Map Editor.

Create a custom server, then look for itemeditor's

edit: if you mean how to add the items of your map editor to your map, open the map from your server <data/world/> and edit all what you want, then just click save

We probably do not understand. I want to add a completely new Items, which created the graphics and wants to add it to ots (client tibia)
