I think you should upload the speedtest instead. Maybe get a few more posts.... be around, comment on forum and make some friends here on the forum before u start doing this kind of posts....

i think that windows vista is not for hosting roftl xD
 
There is no problem to host an OTserver with windows vista.
 
Consider installing a linux-based OS or a Windows Server OS
 
As the thread says I'm going to host it on my computer first and when we get players it will be an dedicated..

i think you should get more active in the community, help out and first buy dedicated. I don't like the speedtest. I got better internet and im canadian! xD
