SPOILERS ALERT!
Well, I started to read this book in english and I understood shit 'cause that's not my native language, so I decided to wait for the movie, as I watched it I understood shit too. In the end after reading a timeline I finally understood it, I think.
Also, it was PRETTY funny identifying all the actors in the movie and their rolls. Take a look at the official website to see what their rolls are.

I saw the movie in late november or early december of smthing like that
it was pretty confusing at first, with all the different timelines at the same time, but in the end I thought it was an amazing movie about multiple problems our society faces/faced
 
I think the main message of the movie is that no matter how long you take, how many lives pass you by, YOU will always fullfill what you are meant to be/do.
