!command talkaction! rep++

Hello, I want my last script for my server, it is a command script, when i say !commands its come up a list of all my commands. thx rep+++

doesnt have it in tfs v0.2.9(mystic spirit) ps i need it to

0.2 doesn't have the function for getting the list of talkactions
