Greetings fellow OTlanders!

Some of you might recognize my name, some of you may not.
I've been assisting many server owners over the years (Zantera, HelgaOT, Zeltenia, Lorelia, KBT, e.g).
Recently we had to shut down Zantera due to real life matters and since then I've had plenty of other things to do until now.
I kind of miss the "OT-life", and that's why I'm now searching for a position at a serious server, there's no need for paying me however donations are always a nice treat! :-)

For those of you who don't know who I am;
I've spent about 10 years at Tibia, mainly "real" Tibia, but I've more or less fluctuated between that and open-tibia.
I've assisted Helga (Owner of Zantera) for the last 2-3 years with different tasks, mostly supportish matters and newsstrips.
I consider myself as a rather dedicated person, I'm more interested in quality work than in quantity in terms of acting as a guide or administrative user.
As a person I believe I am calm and very open-minded, I always tend to see a conflict from both parties’ perspective and find a reasonable solution that suits both of them. Stress is not an issue for me, I rather like working under pressure as it gives me some kind of motivation.
I believe the key to everything is through communication. Talking to someone properly can make all the difference in the world as long as it comes with equity and credibility. Therefore it’s crucial that the work I hope to do for you corresponds with my beliefs regarding the subject, otherwise it would be hypocritical to assign me to the job.
Connected to the above; Per say I rather resolve a problem with a player through an agreement than performing a simple irrational action.

A few grammatical issues in your story...but wow you seem highly qualified and fit for administrative duty. One of the best applications I have seen posted in a while on this forum. I also give you a nice and warm greeting to Otland from my heart itself.

Calm and open minded? - What about that time on Zantera forums where a player posted a thread on something (forgot what the issue was), you replied stating that he'd already been told or whatever in an uncalm and unfriendly manner which resulted in Helga not being very happy about this situation thus taking the players side over yours.

You state that theirs two sides to every story, the key is communication etc - What about Krimbo? You randomly stopped talking to him, using abusive language the odd occasion without even attemting to give him a reason to explain himself, or infact even tell him why you didn't talk to him anymore.

As I remember it you used to be pretty good, but like most people as the time went on you started becoming lazy when dealing with players and being quite rude to players a fair few times... I guess the novelty wore off.

I do not recall the specific issue you refer to, however we all have our ups and downs and if I acted "rude" ('direct' IMHO) I guess I had a reason for it.
The situation between me and former staff members is not something I wish to discuss here as it's a subject apart from how I meet with players.
You've got no knowledge or source of history apart for the information he might have given you when it comes to that specific matter. Basically you've just heard one side of the story.

I'd like to thank everyone so far for criticism, recommendations and kind words.
 
I'd like to tell you, that's your management/administration experience, giving you the chance to be a Pro STAFF.

Note: I don't even know you personally, But looks like a pro manager.
