Hello, im community manager of PU, since there is almost everything done im starting to look for new job, in my work tasks i have

How can i ensure you a good work? Just look at Pokemon Unleashed project, every update was translated by me and i was giving my best with communicating rest of forum in this perticullar project with forums.
What i except from ot i will work with? Of course i need fluent contact with head of project, for this i have mail, msn, gg, skype also i need some proof that project wont fail after week/month of working with.
