Hi,
I'm the only developer of Naruto the Shinobi War, anime OTS that was brought to life over 7 years ago.
Server is stable with unique content and graphics, I'm doing my work in programming both C++ and lua functionalities since server was found so I'm pretty good at my job, I'm also taking care of personal dedicated server and site management but I'm not very good at social/visual skills. And so after so long, when my server was pushed over the edge of extinction due to lack of promotion, switching to OTC (cutting away from bots) and shrinking OT community, I'm looking for a partner that is good in advertisement.

Requirements​

• Over 18 years old
• Good social skills (ability to talk with toxic people, that is half of tibia population)
• Experience in maintaining fanpages/news etc
• Familiar with graphic/movie programs
• Advertisement skills and sources
• Enthusiasm
• Knowledge of Polish language is a plus

I'm the one that is doing all the IT work so you don't have to have any skills in manner of programming, you should be a buffer between me and our players, you should be able to sell what I produce in a gold-wrapped box and make people happy.
The salary will be % from OT earnings, I predict that it will be 250-750€/mo if server returns to its previous population (~300 players). If you made the server go beyond that, your salary will rise respectively.
I'm not intrested in money that much since I'm working as full time software engineer, I just want to have satisfaction from my work. I'm looking only for serious person that meet my requirements and is willing to take this seriously
