Compiling Compiling TFS error can someone help?

Made it yet? TFS version? Looks like Visual Studio can't read vcpkg folder or your vcpkg isn't installed as it should.
Try running Visual Studio as administrator and if you have different partitions just move vcpkg to different partition.
If you have other linked libraries/includes from older Visual Studio/TFS versions that can affect it too.
