Connection failed problem

I'm trying to set up a 8.6 server but I got a problem with logging in on the server.
I already created a database and did everything the tutorial asked me to do.
But now I can log in on the server, I can see the Account Manager but i can't get on my server.

I did that. Now it just stays at the connecting pop up, after choosing a character
I also opend port 7171, 7172, 80
And my firewall doesn't block anything
