Windows Connection issue

Hi! Using otservbr i tried to set up an server on my personal pc.
Here's the issue:

Starting the server/otservbr with my static ip in the config like this: 192.168.1.1 (as an example IP.) My friends and everyone else can login, however the website will show it as offline.
When starting with domain in config, that is connected to my IP. For example: domain.eu then my friends can login to their account but not login to any characters, it just loads. However the website will say that the server is online.

I can always login, no matter what. But editing the client to "https://" instead of "http://" for me, gives me that the ssl handshake wasn't confirmed. My friends client uses "https://".

Edit: Trying to provide more info.
People can connect to my personal IP ADRESS, but not the domain that is connected to my personal IP ADRESS.
They can reach the website (port 80), they can reach the account through client (port 7171) but can not login with their character(port 7172). <-- When using domain.
