I started a host TFS(2.11), but many ppls got Connection timed out. (10060) error, and can't connect ;( I use no-ip, anybody can say whats this? I got 512 kbit internet connection, I don't think it is becouse of internet...

I have the same problem, I started several diferent OT servers, with sp33d3r ones I can not connect even via LAN.
With others (avesta for example) I can connect via LAN and via Internet (we have 2 diferent ISP) sometimes I get 10060 error, but my friend (at 300Klm) can not connect at all.
We tried even with out firewall!
!!! but is always the same thing!
What can we do? (he gets the character list but them the error comes out)
