Compiling const.h problem

im trying to compilate any tfs server but i have problem
always i have error "does not name a type" in const.h
i tried a lot of compilators versions and a lot of versions tfs source but always i have this errors (and some times other errors:blink
help me what is wrong?

put in the file a #include <stdint.h>

it repaierd const.h problem but now i have a lot of others errors....
