Horses when running have a bit different moves on the legs. They don't move alternating legs 100% but they also don't move using them in parallel.

Check some horse videos with 0,25x speed and pauses so you can learn a bit of it.

About the animations, your 2 and 4 frames don't change much at all..
The animation lacks intermediate frames and not starting and ending frames with 1 px of difference, so, work on that! ;)

I have horses, your sprite needs to see a vet if that's how he walks x')

Generally, a horse has 3 types of walks (some breeds have more); normal walking, trotting and galloping. You're trying to achieve trotting I suppose, since galloping would not be suitable for the speed of tibia.

Note that when the front hooves of the horse touch the ground, the opposite rear hooves do the same backwards motion.
