Windows Crash, and crash and crash o.O

When my server is online and it crash because X form, before I on this The CPU are in 50 % + and after this I reset the CPU and when are running say one error "Tfs is crashed, send error to windows etc etc."

Now I look the tfs doesn't close when crash and this ocassion when open again crash and crash and crash, how to solve it? <_<

You have many errors in the console?

Saturated database?

change the server looks, put your scripts etc. in the other and test now
