Crash at night - how to check it?

Hello

I've got test server on dedicated hosting. Before 1-2 weeks all was ok, uptime 50h+. But now server after 5? 8? 12? hours goes down, at night and I don't know what is happening. I've made a lot of changes then i don't know what is wrong

TFS 0.4 rev 3945

1. How to check, at what time does the server crash?
2. How to check what appears at that time in console?
3. What can it be? What part of server should I check?
