Windows Crash during start!

so my problem is that the server is crashing right after it says "blblalb is online" then i get this: ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting.


If i change "run this program in compabilit mode for" if i change that yo windows server 2008, would it change anything or?

As you see i have no clue :S

It doesnt, the console shows me 1 error and 3 "addmonster" thing that's it :S
