Linux Crash - Help please !!!

Hello everyone, i'm in here because i really need a help and i don't know how i can fix that Crash...

That happening when server starter, but the server seems stable... The crash happens with the server online 1hour... 1hour30m... anyway
When i go to admin.log i see that error when server starter and when crash:

(Error - void ServicePort:pen(IPAddressList, uint16_t)) NETWORK: Address already in use​

I have no idea what about it !
I just try a million things and nothing works... Please ideas !
