Windows Crash problem [Rep]

The server is hosted on a windows server, the map is around 5000kb so it's not about that. Anyway, the server is freezing and crashing each 1-30minutes, It says something about the Mysql connection..
This is all information I can give

Ddos attacks can hang your server and might crash it, also there would be a mysql error I think.
