TFS 1.0 does not support 10.53 so the changes you did to your server are probably causing these problems.

Idk why thats the only respons you can give? Is it the same if someone creates a custom client to use? Ex. otclient will you also say tfs dosen't support this to 100%? (Just an example)

Ive done this a couple of times, my tip is to try a fresh install of tfs and use a blank datapack, might be something else then your tfs version / changes.
Or do as Summ said and upload the changes you did to tfs.
