get this error when try create character.​

Your thread stack is at the lowest value possible.

Try to set it to the default value depending on the bit of the OS you use.

Find the configuration file for mysql and edit the thread stack size, location might be diffrent depending on OS you use.
32 bit = 196608
64 bit = 262144
