Windows create Character

When i try to create a character this come ?

I guess you have the wrong pots, you got to change 'em

yes i have .. before it work's but after i fix my phpmyadmin its dont work i secure the phpmyadin , hide the map and fix password and fix so only localhost can go there

any need this fast ..

Can you login to phpmyadmin with user root and it's password ?
Do you use root account for ots's mysql database ?
Have you edited POT ?
What exactly have you done with phpmyadmin ?

i havent edit it(POTS) but i have changed the username on phpmyadmin

FIXED :
change back the username to "root"
but how do i fix it so i can have another username on phpmyadmin

go to the main xampp page, there on Security, etc set up username and password

go to phpmyadmin, login as root and create another user
