Create Character

When I log on to my website and enter my account to create a character - it gives the following errors:

The Following Errors Have Occurred:
Please select valid town.

And at the top of the Page it shows the following error:

Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, integer given in C:\xampp\htdocs\accountmanagement.php on line 847

I have only one town and only 1 server - I do not want to list other towns at this moment. I have searched forums for a couple hours and find no real answers. Your help would be most appreciated!

and put the vaild id of town

I've gone in...it's not there...and it doesn't work.

So does anyone on this board have any help for me?
