created char stuck

After starting forgotten everything seems to work fine except when i try to login to the new created char it is stuck in some bushes and my character outfit cannot be seen and it has a grey health bar and i dunno what to do. I already tried changing the account manager co-ordinates but it doesn't work. Someone help plz

Change its spawn position, or remove the bushes in the map.

actually, removeing the bushes wouldnt work.. he/she would have to set the 'Z' position higher as your spawning below the ground floor where nothing exists.
