"!createguild" problem. =/

I tried to find a solution for this problem before, but I don't find anything about that.

Ok, the problem is:
Why my guilds don't stay permanently with my characters?
When I logout the guild disapear, but still save in SQL database.
I use this command: "!createguild" to create my guilds, and the version of my OT is "TFS 0.2.13 modified by Gesior", SQL.

I'm waiting for the answer.
And sorry for my bad english. =S

im using tfs 0.2.5 and i have the same problem

use xampp 1.6.6a or import triggers again
and don't bump old threads.

How I can fix the bug if you try to make a guild but you are still online. The guild will be formed but without leader. How I can fix it.
