Creating ACC in myphp

I don't need a website or anything, I previously had examples I believe in the distro when I loaded myphp.
It has this but there is no accounts or players, I only need the one account for testing mapping.

I tried GESIORS and Znote and shit just kept messing up, is there a way I can manually add just one account?

Edit, so it had shit set up so I filled it in, changed pass to sha1 and added a sha1 pass but still won't log in.

Check encryption type in your config.lua
If you can set encryption to 'plain' (unencrypted) and set in sql just your password ex. password123
