Creature problem in map

Hello

I have searched alot to solve this problem but still i didn't find it.
I downloaded a map and when i open it it says : can't load npc/ creatures.
So i can't see my monsters in the map. Yes i already checked the view monsters button and i also putted the spawn.xml in the world map.

So can someone help me ?

add the monsters / npc's of the map u downloaded to the REM map editor then u can see those monsters/npc's
