I have been looking for a while for custom OTs that are rather new but I can't make my mind on one. What do you think are the best OTs out there?

there isn't much out there atm.

I would suggest to try therran beta or ardaonline, dzot.

in the future Thanatos, new ascalon and necronia (and even althea ) are something to look forward to
