There are so much graphics in this template that you haven't done, I wouldn't sell it if I were you.

Frames, red veils, chains, leafs and screws are graphics:
1.) Made by me or:
2.) On special license which allows me to use them in a commercial purpose.

Statues and gargoyle are normal photos converted into a digital form.

"tibia" text in logo is special font which is also free.

So everything's fine.
