database and account manager

how do i create a clean database for this server?

which account manager will fit this server?
Znote AAC or embedded in server?
is this available without compilation?
server 7.6 (heavily redone) last ACC refused to recognize it.

the account manager works with the rest of the servers 7.6 !!
and for this server I also use standard applications for version 7.6 (client, rme, objectbuilder and others)
