If I leave the default phpmyadmin access something happens?
For example:
I'm using another PC other than the host and may have access ipotserv.servegame.com/phpmyadmin

It turns out someone hacked?
It's because I'm using Linux and I can not import the database via SSH

You can configure phpmyadmin to use cookie authentication so you need to write a username and password to access it.
You can configure phpmyadmin to only allow your ip from accessing it.
You can skip phpmyadmin altogether and just use the mysql cli commands through ssh to import your database.
