How i can reset my server without creating a new database? i dont wanna delate my tables any1 knows?

Reset mean? Levels, mlvl, skill, items?
If you want remove all players, skills, accounts, bans, items, storage, bans, in phpmyadmin execute:

DELETE FROM `accounts` WHERE `id` != 1

It will delete EVERYTHING except Sample characters (and their items, skills..), Account Manager, account 1 and house items.

And how i can delate hauses?
