Dbase Problem

Please staff, my server depends on it, I made a backup of tables from database of my server on "phpmyadmin", and took delete the table in the "phpmyadmin", but when I tried to recharge the backup appears the following error:

What i have to make????

See, I will explain again, I made a backup of my database using "XAMMP and PHPMYADMIN", then removed the "XAMMP" restarted the computer, installed "XAMMP" again, after I was in the "PHPMYADMIN" created the Bank of DATA called "FORGOTTEN" and when I went back the backup appeared the following error:
