Dead lvl 1 and reset lvl

Hi i have a problem my ot is from war and you start in lvl 130 i kill player and lvl up like 140 and then someone kill me and i log out to character select but before i see i go down until lvl 1 and when i log in again im lvl 130 and the strange thing is i only loss level skills and magic level are save in the level i was how i fix this i want when someone kill me i decrese lvl but not until 130 again if im lvl 140 i mean like 139 or something
