well library is something new for me ...
and still i think to big text in the news and such

Actually I liked more your first one, you should put some work and try to make a real nice one where you put more effort instead of making lots of them.

It takes time to understand that. I still make a different one rather than spending alot of time on a single one.

Practice first then put all your effort into one.
 
I thought it looked kinda cool, but it is too bright, and the beginning of the navigation bar is kinda dark, maybe a bit picky but :P also text is too big, like they said but I think if you reduce the brightness and reduce the darkness at the borders etc its gonna look really good.

You should make more, you can only get better :D
