Dedicated server

Now i've come to the point that i can afford to buy an dedicated server. But i need some help in choosing! Im wondering about Hetzner is the one to choose? somebody got experience from them?

Hetzner is the best choice if you are 18+ and got a creditcard.

yes i have all that, no problems. Is the first month 149euro and next 90euro? or is it 149+90euro first month?

I need a VAT ID, I guess i need to own a company to hire a server? :S
