Dedicated Servers..

Im currently looking for dedicated servers to my server but I can't really find a good one, so I need some help to find one.

OVH sounds interesting but can I really buy one from them if I am from Sweden?

Cheapvps is out of business this year, I had a dedicated server at Server4You and players complained about kicks at nights which got them killed. Hetzner have great dedicated servers but I have heard that they will "block" your server if you are under DDos attacks..
