Well you could actually save some money by copying some of the things from 0.4 (same that the person you are paying would do in some of the cases).
Use dev c++ and serach for the functions you see and copy it to your rev, that way you will complete everything except these 2:

Oh that was something new haha tought he wanted something custom :p
But Printer is right, takes 1-2 min to write :p try searching on otland if you don't know lua.

Same here, but i also looked it up and my conclusion was that it's possible with lua :P
 
A lot can be done in Lua, but what I've described above is a very vague description of what I need done. I would rather it be done in sources.
